Fresh Faced

Totally inspired to greatness by my newly refinished kitchen table, I came up with this: my first ever this-is-more-than-just-a-place-to-drop-your-stuff table decor (aside from the occasional vase of flowers). I love the way the green pops against the black and the burlap. It just seems so fresh and inviting. Better yet, I made that cutie-patootie runner myself! Look out for that tutorial tomorrow.

it is so cute, love the fabric. Do you think it would be too much to make another and crisscross them?

I think for our table it would, just because it's not very big. Most runners are almost twice as wide as the one I made, so I already kinda felt like the table might be too crowded. But if it was bigger, or if it was a rectangular table that would be neat!

I love the new table! And the succulents really do stand out against the runner and the golden table. Awesome job!
And I just wanted to tell you that you've inspired me to be more productive and proactive in my endeavors... Thanks!
